The window sweeps (also called dew wipes or felts) go horizontally across the top of the doors and quarter windows and touch the inside and outside of the glass, they keep the windows from rattling and 'wipe' the glass as it is rolled up and down. If you are having a hard time finding a premade kit for your car we have the perfect solution for you, we now have the raw material you can use to make your own kit. All of our bulk window sweep material is available in 2-foot, 3-foot and 4-foot lengths, and contains 2 pieces, enough for either the insides or outsides of both doors. Most cars will require 3-foot or 4-foot pieces for the doors and usually 2-foot pieces for the rear quarter windows. This listing is for a pair of 2 foot long pieces, it is usually used on the inside of GM cars from the late 70's to the late 90's and has a chrome bead that is approx. 1/4" wide at the top.
