Convertible Top Specialists, a DBA of TR Wade Enterprises Corp, ships products throughout the United States and to other available destinations shown during checkout.

Order Processing

In-stock products normally ship within 48 hours after the order is received, excluding weekends and holidays.

Some products, including certain convertible tops, top boots, and other made-to-order or special-order items, are manufactured or prepared after the order is placed. These products may require additional processing time. Processing times may vary depending on the product, material, color, manufacturer, and availability.

Shipping Charges

Available shipping methods and applicable shipping charges are displayed during checkout when available. Shipping charges may vary based on the size and weight of the shipment, destination, and shipping method selected.

Delivery Times

Carrier delivery times are estimates and are separate from our order-processing time. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed unless specifically stated.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be provided after the order ships. Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after shipment.

Shipping Delays

Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, product availability, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times. If an order experiences a significant product-related delay, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate with the customer.
