Right side rail, 1971-76 full size GM convertible cars

This is a reconditioned side rail for the 1971-76 GM full size convertible scissor top cars. We disassemble each side rail and replace the main pivot joint to restore the proper tolerances required to make the top operate properly. Each side rail is disassembled, bead blasted and reassembled using specialized jigs to ensure a better than new piece. If you are sick of fighting with your top then this is what you are looking for, impossible to duplicate using nuts and bolts. This product price includes a $350.00 core charge which will be returned when we receive your useable core, this makes the actual cost to you of $350.00 after you return your old rebuildable cores. We have experienced limited supply issues with cores. In most cases, we will have to receive your side rails and rebuild yours.
