The window sweeps (also called dew wipes or felts) go horizontally across the top of the doors and quarter windows and touch the inside and outside of the glass, they keep the windows from rattling and 'wipe' the glass as it is rolled up and down.

This set contains 10 pieces to cover the front doors on the inside and outside as well as the inner and outer window sweeper material for the rear quarter windows, the rear pieces have the proper curve to match the curve that the Eldorado is known for.
