Replacing the roof rail side seals can make one of the biggest differences in the amount of wind noise in the car, you can get water leaks and noise from the air blowing in.  This 9 piece roof rail seal set is an excellent reproduction of the original with the proper molded ends and will fit great. This is the set of seals down each side of the convertible top over the side windows and across the front.
